On Eepos, switch into English, and click green button "Apply as a new student"
Choose the form that suits you best.
Fill out and submit the form.
You will receive your personal Eepos ID once your application has been processed and approved.
You can see your studies in your own Eepos account.
Wait for the teacher to contact you to arrange a class time *

* = At the beginning of the academic year, the teacher will typically contact you during the week preceding the start of the semester. If your application is processed after the semester has already begun, the teacher will be in touch as soon as possible thereafter. If you do not receive any communication, please contact the music school office or send a message directly to your teacher via Eepos.

CONTINUING STUDENT

Continuation of Studies, Changes, Gap Year, and Withdrawal

Enrollment in individual instruction at Musiikkitoteemi is done only once. To continue your studies in the following academic year, you do not need to register as a new student; instead, you may complete the re-enrollment form via your personal Eepos account. The same form is also used to communicate any requests for changes, a gap year, or to indicate the termination of your studies. For music play school you always register as a new student, as group times may change.

If you need guidance, support, or guidance in your studies, please contact your teacher or the office – we will be happy to help you!

Go to Eepos
On Eepos, switch into English, and click blue button “I already have an account” (If you have lost your password, no problem! Request a new one by email at toimisto@musiikkitoteemi.fi – remember to also include the student’s name.)
Select at the top Apply
Fill out and submit the form (note: you may need to confirm your details before you can complete the form – follow the instructions on the screen). If no form is available, please contact the office.

WHAT IS EEPOS?

Eepos is the heart of the student administration of the Music School Musiikkitoteemi, which includes the music schools each student and guardian information. A heart that beats in unison with students, guardians, teachers, and administration.

In the Eepos you will find, among other things:

Upcoming classes and vacation periods
Upcoming concerts
Rehearsed repertoire
Feedback from the teacher
A communication channel to reach teachers and administrators

You can view and manage your own Eepos account using the personal Eepos ID you received after registration. This allows you to update any changes to your contact information and the information of your primary and secondary guardian. We also recommend downloading the Eepos application to your mobile device.

The invoice is always sent either to the student, if of legal age, or to the primary guardian of a minor student, unless otherwise agreed. All of your information is secure and encrypted, accessible in full only to the administration of our institution and to your teacher only to the extent necessary. If you have lost your Eepos login credentials, do not worry — you can request new ones by emailing toimisto@musiikkitoteemi.fi.
