Click on Epic green button "Apply as a student"
Choose the form that suits you best.
Fill out and submit the form.
You will receive your Eepos IDs once your application has been processed and approved.
You can see your studies in your own Eepos account.
Wait for the teacher to contact you to arrange a class time *

* = At the beginning of the academic year, the teacher will generally contact you the week before the start of the semester, and as soon as possible after the semester has started, after your application has been processed. If you do not hear from us, please contact the music school office or send an Eepos message directly to your teacher.

CONTINUING STUDENT

Continuing studies, changes, gap year and termination

You only need to register for Musiikkitoteeme's personal lessons once. To continue your studies in the next academic year, you do not need to register as a new student, but you can fill out the continuation registration form from your own Eepos account. You can also use the same form to notify us of any changes or gap year requests or the termination of your studies.

If you need guidance, support or guidance in your studies, please contact your teacher or principal – we will be happy to help you!

Click on Epic blue button “I have passwords” (If you have lost your password, no problem! Request a new one by email at toimisto@musiikkitoteemi.fi – remember to also include the student’s name.)

WHAT IS AN EPIC?

Eepos is the heart of the student administration of the Music School Musiikkitoteeme, which contains the information of every student and guardian of the music school. A heart that beats in unison with the students, guardians, teachers and administration.

In the epic you will find, among other things:

Upcoming classes and vacation periods
Upcoming appearances
Trained software
Feedback from the teacher
Communication channel for teachers and administrators

You can view and manage your own Eepos account using the personal Eepos IDs you received after registration. This allows you to update any changes to your contact information and the information of your primary and secondary guardian. The invoice will always be sent to either an adult student or the primary guardian of a minor student, unless otherwise agreed. All your information is safe and encrypted, and is only available to the administration of our educational institution and to your teacher only to the extent necessary. If you have lost your Eepos ID, no problem: request a new one by email from toimisto@musiikkitoteemi.fi.
