Hello!

I am Eero, a cellist originally from Espoo, who later moved to Tampere, and I am finishing my music pedagogy degree at Tampere University of Applied Sciences. 

My special expertise in music includes collaborative music making and arranging music for various ensembles. I have been able to utilize these skills extensively while gigging and exploring all kinds of music genres. 

As a teacher, I have been praised for my natural way of working with players of different ages and levels. In teaching the cello, my goal is to create a lesson plan based on the student's own goals, in which creative music production and the achievement of experiences play the most important role, without forgetting technical and theoretical knowledge. 

Outside of music, I am inspired by nature and being outdoors, and I am a big fan of all kinds of sports.
