Singing lessons are intended for singers of all ages and skill levels. You are warmly encouraged to join just as you are. Instruction is suitable for both adults and children, whether you are a beginner or have been singing for a long time. Lessons are tailored to each student’s individual interests and needs. In private lessons, you will develop your vocal technique, expression, text interpretation, and breathing for singing — which is key to relaxed vocal production and forms the foundation for exploring various musical styles.

Based on the student’s interests, a diverse repertoire is selected, which may include folk songs, Finnish and international pieces, opera, baroque music, musicals, or even a song composed by the student themselves.

Group singing lessons

Singing in a group is fun and full of creative possibilities. You can form a vocal ensemble that composes and arranges its own songs, or gather friends to sing beloved community songs in harmony. The minimum group size is two (2) participants, and groups are formed based on registrations. If you already have an existing group, you are welcome to register it as well. Each group’s repertoire is selected individually according to the singers’ preferences, allowing each ensemble to develop its own unique identity. Lessons may include unison singing or more challenging multi-part arrangements, and may also incorporate instruments, body percussion, or cup rhythms.
