Violin

Welcome to violin lessons in a positive and encouraging environment—whether you are a child, an adult, a beginner, or an experienced player. Each lesson is designed according to the student’s individual needs and interests, and together we find enjoyable and suitable repertoire for everyone. Violins are available for rent at the beginning of your musical journey, and you may also purchase a violin with all necessary accessories directly from us.

Personal and duo lessons

In private lessons, the focus is on developing good, ergonomic playing technique while exploring a wide variety of musical styles. Lessons may also include music theory, improvisation, composition, and chamber music played with the teacher or fellow students. You are welcome to pursue long-term personal development or simply enjoy playing for your own pleasure. The content of instruction is always tailored to the student’s interests and needs to ensure that learning remains enjoyable and inspiring. Instruction is most often individual, but students may also enroll in duo lessons with a friend or family member.

Violin group

Playing in a group is fun, motivating, and helps develop both rhythm and pitch awareness. Multiple groups may be formed as needed. Participants have the opportunity to influence the repertoire, which may include folk music, classical pieces, and much more. Parts are available at various levels of difficulty—from beginner-friendly to more advanced—ensuring that everyone can take part in making music. If you are interested in joining a violin group, feel free to contact the office for more information. You can also gather a group of friends and register together for instruction.
