Invoicing

Dear partner, we do not accept paper or email invoices. You can send your invoice in the following ways:

1. ONLINE INVOICE
   Operator: Apix Messaging Oy  (003723327487)

   E-invoice address and OVT ID: 003733773894

   Please note that if you use one of the following operators to send an e-invoice: Danske Bank Oyj, Handelsbanken, Local Cooperative Banks or Savings banks, you should use the following address as our Apix e-invoice address: e-invoice address: 003723327487 and operator code: DABAFIHH.

2. PURCHASE INVOICE SCANNING SERVICE (use only if online invoicing fails)

• Email scan address: 003733773894@procountor.apix.fi

  The invoice to be sent must be attached to the email as a PDF file. Only one invoice may be included in one email and its attachments. If the email contains other attachments in addition to the invoice, they will be added as attachments to the invoice. The maximum size of the attachments is 2 MB. After sending, the service will send either an approval or rejection notification by email to the sending address within 15 minutes of sending.

  In order for the scanning service to match your invoice, this billing address must also be printed on the invoice itself, not just on the envelope. No other material other than invoices should be sent to this billing address, i.e. the mailing address for information and marketing materials, for example, remains the same.

Musiikkitoteemi is a cultural company founded in 2004. Its main functions are:

• Tahmela meeting and banquet hall
• Totem shop – Acoustic guitar specialist shop

Milestones:

• August 1, 2024: The operations of the Music School Sointula will merge into the operations of the Music School Musiikkitoteemi, and Musiikkitoteemi will become the largest private music school in Pirkanmaa.
• September 1, 2023: The company form changes from a trading name to a limited liability company and the company's official name is Musiikkitoteemi Oy.
• 2022: After being the largest distributor of Kantare guitars in Finland, the business is transferred to Musiikkitoteemi and guitar manufacturing begins under the Riento Guitars brand. Riento® and Lens Resonance System® are registered as EU trademarks.
• 2015: Musiikkitoteemi and Tomi Tolvanen are chosen as Entrepreneur of the Year by Pispala-Pyynikki Entrepreneurs.
• October 26, 2004: Music Totem is founded.
